1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MissDestiny.co.uk or purchasing any service, digital content, ticket or product(collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site. By using the Services, you represent you meet this requirement.
3. Services
We offer: (a) in‑person domination sessions; (b) online sessions and digital content; (c)event & dungeon tickets; (d) physical merchandise. Details are provided on relevant pages.
4. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at booking via the payment methods displayed. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. Your booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation.
5. No Refund Policy
• Digital Content & Online Services: Once payment is processed, no returns or refunds exist because access to the content is immediately granted. If content fails to open or stream, contact support within 48 hours; we will remedy access issues but no monetary refund will be issued.
• Events & Dungeon Tickets: Tickets are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Failure to attend or attempt to cancel results in forfeiture of the entire fee.
• Individual & Online Sessions: Deposits and session fees are non‑refundable. Rescheduling is not permitted unless expressly offered in writing.
• Physical Products: We do not offer refunds. A one‑time swap is available only if the product is defective on arrival. Proof (clear photos and description) must be emailed tosupport@missdestiny.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, you must return the original item at your expense; we will ship a replacement once received.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Access
All Site content is protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to view via the provided streaming link only. You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: break consent boundaries, harass our staff, attempt to reverse engineer any digital protections, share access links, or engage in illegal activity.
8. Health & Liability Waiver
BDSM activities carry inherent physical and psychological risks. By booking you affirm you are physically and mentally fit, participate voluntarily, and accept full responsibility for any resulting effects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing herein limits mandatory consumer protections under your local law in the EU, UK, or United States.
11. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the changes.
